Terms of Use
1. The app
Upscalio is provided “as is”. Results depend on your phone's hardware and how it is used; do not rely on them where errors could cause harm or loss.
2. Free version and Upscalio Pro
The free version includes 2× Upscale and Unblur, the before/after comparison, Device check and saving, and is supported by ads. Upscalio Pro removes ads and unlocks 4× and Max scale, Restore, the short video enhancer and batch enhance. What your phone can process (image size, scale, video) still depends on its hardware. A rewarded video you choose to watch unlocks one Pro tool for 30 minutes; nothing is unlocked if the ad is not completed.
Pro is offered as a yearly subscription (with a 3-day free trial where eligible), a monthly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase, at the prices shown in the app for your country. Payment is charged to your Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends; if you have a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged. You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Lifetime is a single payment and does not renew. Refunds follow Google Play's policies; you can restore purchases from Settings.
3. Your photos and videos
Use Upscalio only with photos and videos you own or have the right to use. The AI sharpens and enlarges what is already in your picture; it may invent fine detail, so do not rely on results as evidence or for identification.
4. Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app or its services.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TheYourList is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
